Keelung Customs stated that in order to maintain smooth import and export clearance, it will send personnel to handle customs clearance business during the 114th Dragon Boat Festival holiday (May 30 to June 1), and will waive special inspection fees and special surveillance fees.
Keelung Customs further explained that the adjustment measures for customs clearance business during the aforementioned period are as follows:
1. General import and export customs clearance cases:
(1) May 29 (the day before the holiday): Except for special circumstances, all applications will be processed on the same day.
(2) From May 30 to 31: Cases handled by Operations Group 1, Operations Group 2, Wudu Branch and Taoyuan Branch will be handled at the Service Center on the first floor of the Customs Headquarters; cases handled by Bali Branch will be handled at that office. Service hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on May 30 and 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on May 31.
(3) The Hualien Branch Matsu Dispatch Office provides services at its office every day from 8:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30.
2. Passenger baggage and ships will maintain 24-hour customs clearance; the warehouse supervision section and Bali branch customs will continue to be on duty 24 hours a day; Hualien branch customs will send personnel to handle customs clearance and other matters after 23:00 (Su'ao dispatch section after 20:00) as needed.

The customs headquarters service center maintains 24-hour receipt and consultation services, and the public is welcome to make use of it.
